- BING CHERRY SUPREME

- 1 no. 2 can bing cherries, pitted and drained
- 1 no. 2 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 3-oz. pkg. black cherry gelatin
- 1 3 oz. pkg. raspberry, cherry, or strawberry gelatin
- 2 c. juice, drained from fruit (add water if necessary)
- 2 7 oz. bottles 7 Up or other lemon-lime carbonated beverage
- 1 c. broken pecan meats (opt.)

- Bring fruit juice to boiling. Pour over gelatin and stir until dissolved.
- Cool, but do not let congeal. Add 7 Up, cherries and pineapple. Pour
- into a 9x13" pan (prefer glass). Chill until firm. Either serve with
- whipped cream or the following topping: topping:

- 2 3 oz. pkgs cream cheese (I use no fat or neufchatel)
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 pkg. Dream whip

- Soften cream cheese to room temperature;beat in marshmallows
- until smooth. Prepare Dream Whip according to package, then fold into the
- cheese mixture. Spread on topof salad and chill. Good for potlucks.
